You can do it from your My eBay: From the main menu on the left, under the title "Selling", click on Active. Find the item you want to cancel, and on the far right of each item there is a little downward pointing triangle beside where it says "Sell Similar". If you click on this triangle, a menu of options will pop up. Choose "End Item".
