Got a "ebay token" failed error after trying to list

This is the first time I got this error. Does anyone know why? I used auctiva for a while now and it'd never occurred before. I recently changed my password on ebay and updated some personal info on ebay. Does this have to do with anything? Do I have to get a new token??

Did you change your email address? I would try updating the token. Go to the My Account tab, click the Settings sub-tab, and then click eBay settings (bottom right). What is the Token Status? It should say Valid. If not, get a new token.

Well at first I tried to get a new token and it didn't let me for some reason. Now I tried it again and it works! Yay! Thanks. I also did contact Customer Support...so maybe that's another reason it works now, lol.
