Hey guys!! Why not be like normal companies and upgrade when the site is least used!!! You guys upgrade it at 7:30AM??!! Are you kidding me? You start to charge then cannot get your tech guys in to the office at night to do the update and be there if there are problems? Auctiva is such a screwed up company...Management is unprofessional on ALL levels...There is no thought put in to anything...I'm so happy I have a FREE acount and use another service now, which by the way has not gone down or upgraded in the middle of the morning!!
