Sorry if this is a duplicate from another, I couldn't find one specific. Perhaps it has an obvious answer.
Seems that a lot of people have had problems with re-listing and automations set up.
All of my items are GTC, do I need to create a profile to make sure it continues to relist after 30 days if it doesn't sell?. I just want the items to stay there until I cancel. Also I want to make sure once an item sells it doesn't relist.
eBay's automation rules it's much simpler. Why not copy theirs?

Hi reccephantoms,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. Simply selecting the Good til Cancelled duration when listing your items should actually accomplish exactly what you have described, so there is no need to use the Auto Relist feature available within Auctiva to ensure your fixed price listings relist in this manner.

As described on eBay's help page located at http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/formats.html#fixed,: "Good 'Til Cancelled listings renew automatically every 30 days until all of the items sell, you end the listing, or we end your listing."

Although this particular situation does not require the new of our Auto Relist feature, we are aware that some aspects of our Auto Relist option can be confusing and we are considering updating the feature to minimize such confusion with a future update to our site.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
