Guys HELP!!!!

hi, im a new member here in auctiva and im having problem in listing my item, whenever i add an picture and try to error check there will an error saying that
eBay listing failed to pass validation for the following reason:
Either Gallery or Gallery Featured has been selected but no image has been selected as the gallery image.

i try to add the picture that i used before but still i encounter this problem!!!
PLease helpme guys im kindafrustrated here

Hi - After you have selected your gallery image and thumbnail is displayed, I would save, then go back and check that the gallery thumbnail is still displayed in the image section. If it is there after saving, do the error check - you should not be getting the error message at that point. If you are, then I would file a support request from the Help page and let staff take a look.

Hint: For best results (unless your pictures are externally hosted) make sure you upload all your images to Auctiva before selecting them to your listings. For some people this seems to work better than uploading one image at a time directly into your listing.

Did you choose an image for gallery separate from the main image? I did that at first. You have to select your main image, then just below that, you have to select it again for your gallery image.
