Had to cancel my auction,

I had to cancel my auction because part of the terms were missing at the bottom of the auction. Now the image is still in my store. I made the item hidden, read this in one of your topic. Its been over 24 hr. since this auction was cancelled. Auction and photo are still there????

Hi Tworelaxed,

It will eventually be remove automatically but, if you would like to expedite the process, you can manually make the listing hidden in your Auctiva store. To accomplish this, please go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Items.

Any items that are made hidden will no longer be displayed in your Auctiva store, nor will they be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
