I am so sorry if this has been answered someplace else, but I have spent the last hour looking through the boards and have not found anything yet..so here is my problem: Why does the "handling charge" for domestic and international shipping not show up on the Auctiva invoice? It is really messing up my bookwork and confusing my buyers..I have double checked what I know to on my end and everything shows up in my listings, etc...but the cost never appears on the invoice so I either have to eat it..which I usually do, or I have to have my buyers send additional funds to Paypal, which is very unpleasant for both them and me. Sorry if this sounds "whinny" but it is not meant to. I am very frustrated with this. Thank you for any direction you may have.
