Handling Fee's

As you all can see I am new to this and I have looked but havent been able to locate where you would be able to enter handling fee's to your shipping rates. For I enter a handling fee's to cover the cost of my supplies like everyone one else does. But I cannot find the location to enter this information while making a new listing. If anyone can guide me in the right direction for this it would be greatly appriciated.

If you signify FLAT RATE SHIPPING, you won't have that option.

Use CALCULATED SHIPPING and at the very bottom of the page you will be given the opportunity to add your packaging and handling fee. This will be added to whatever the calculated shipping costs for your item will be.
