Has Anyone Been Logged Out Spontaneously....?

Hi Community,

We impplemented a "fix" today at approximately 1 PM PT that we hope will alleviate the spontaneous log-out problem some of our users have been experiencing for quite some time.

If you have been logged out of your Auctiva account when navigating between pages after 1 PM PT today, please reply to this thread and let me know what link/button you clicked when the spontaneous log-out took place.

Hi Mike!
I haven't had that problem in awhile now, and hearing this just makes me happier! However, folks (including me) are writing in to say their saved listings have disappeared....any word on that?

I have been having a problem with auctiva just freezing up on me. I have to open another window and copy and paste all information there. After some time the other window has dsl error. This was happening last evening and right now.. What is going wrong?? Kim

Hi Mike,
Well my 'lost' listings have all returned, whew! But I've been working for HOURS on Auctiva and never been kicked out once!!! This is a first, whatever you folks did seems to be working
