Having Problems With Captions

Thanks for contributing to our forum. In order to display captions under the images in a listing, you will first need to go to the Image Management page within your account and add captions the images in question by filling out the “Caption” field next to each one, checking the boxes next to them and then clicking the “Update Captions” button along the top of the page.

Once you have added captions to your images, just check the box next to “Display Image Captions” under the Auctiva Image Selection section as you are creating your listing using those images and captions should be displayed when you post or preview the listing.

Since only one image in the listing you referred to is showing a caption, I suspect that you may not have added captions to the other images in the listing from the Image Management page, but I cannot tell for sure without reviewing the listing in question.

If you confirm you have completed both of these steps and some of your captions are still not showing up, please contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will look into this further.
