I'm having trouble trying to properly add photos to Auctiva auctions after the auctions have started. Auctiva doesn't seem to let me add photos in particular places.

e.g. I have 10 auctions with 3 photos in each of them and I want to add a fourth to put into the auctiva template I'm using ('Tan Marble' #10067). But Auctiva doesn't give me any flexibility it putting the photo where I want. Auctiva just puts the fourth photo at the bottom of the description but I want it grouped with the other three at the top of the description.

Any way around this? Or do I have to wait until the auction end and just resubmit them with the changes? thanks

Dear stokepogue,

Thanks for posting your question here. In order to add images to an active Auctiva created listing in specific places within the template, you would first need to make the desired change to your images within the saved listing from which you posted the item in your Auctiva account and then apply those changes to the associated eBay listing using eBay's "Revise your Item" form.

Once you have added the image in the desired spot in the saved listing in question and used the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to save those changes without posting a new listing, you could then transfer those changes over to the active eBay listing via the following process:

1) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
2) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
3) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
4) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
5) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

There is also an "Add Images" button on the Auctiva Active Listings page that you can use if you wish to append new imags to the bottom of a listing that is already active on eBay. Based on your description, it sounds like that was the method you tried using before posting this thread.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
