I just perused another post here on the forum that looks like they're having a similar issue, and it doesn't look like there is a solid way to prevent it at the moment other than a suggestion to use the newer editor, but that it's a problem there also.
I'm posting a new post anyway so that any powers that be reading the forum can see my issue and take note of what I've noticed /sometimes/ prevents it.
I don't use autosave... I didn't even know there was an auto save. I hit the save button at the bottom of the page.
So I have a template I use, and I create similar listing over and over and just edit the title, catagories etc. When I get to the text I highlight it manually and paste in the new text. The new text takes on the same font properties as the old text and looks fine.
90% of the time after I save and create a similar listing, I go back in to see that my listing has only kept the fonts for the FIRST paragraph, and all the rest has defaulted to a smaller non italic font. It does however stay centered.
Occasionally if I click out of the text box and some where else on the page before I click on my photos to upload new photos, the text will stay accurate. But this is not a fail safe plan, sometimes it works and at other times it doesn't.
I guess for now I just have to create a macro that re-edits the fonts every time I create a listing... time consuming. Not to mention the 400 listings active on Ebay that I now have to go into and check every single one.
If anyone else has any suggestions for a way to prevent the error I'd love to hear them.
