On June 4th 2018 we’re going to be updating the Auctiva Community website to improve the experience and make it easier to use! Here’s what you need to know:
- Starting on June 4th 2018, at 12pm ET (9am PT) the Auctiva Community will be down.
- On June 5th, the new Auctiva Community site will be up and available!
- Once the new site is available, you’ll be able to navigate to the Community as you always have, simply by hovering over the “Help” tab in your Auctiva account and clicking on the “Community” link that’s located in the “Resource” section.
- When logging into the new Community site, you’ll need to use the email address that’s associated to your Community account profile, as we will no longer be using “usernames”. Your Community password will continue to be the same–only now you’ll log in with your email rather than a username.
On June 5th when the new Auctiva Community site is available, you’ll be able to post, comment and create discussions as usual while experiencing a modern, streamlined communication experience.
