Hi,
The error sounds similar to what would happen if you tried to create multiple Auctiva accounts and link them to a single eBay account.
If you check your eBay Account Site Preferences at eBay and look in the General Preferences section under "Third-pary authorizations", do you see an authorization for Auctiva Corporation and it should also show when it was created? If you have an authorization, that's a valid token.
I see your Store and listings (assuming your Forum name is the same as eBay name). The Auctiva Store is getting the updates, so that suggests the token is there.
Other things to check....
The Events box at the top right on any Auctiva page should show a green number. Click on that number and you should show the Event for the Token authorization.
Look in your My Account settings at Auctiva. Look in the eBay Account information page and see if the eBay Account Username is correct for the eBay account and the Token Status is Valid.
