I just joined the forum so wanted to come by and say hello, and I'm glad to be here. I'm looking forward to getting aquainted with other members. It sounds like fun and a lot of help to. You will like Auctiva, wait til you see how great your auctions look! I've been reading about some site problems on the boards lately, but I myself have had no trouble (knock on wood). It's a bit of a learning curve, but start off simple, read ALL the tutorials, and if you get stuck, post here and someone will help you out. Very nice people on these boards..Auctive staff will also answer questions, which helps.

Laddys_Designs have you tried clearing your browser cache? Alot of time the problem you are describing is caused by browser issues.
What browser are you using? I prefer Firefox to compose auctions but use IE to upload images. If you are using AOL try opening Internet Explorer and going in that way. AOL is one of the ISPs that just do not seem to function correctly with Auctiva
AOL's network also provides EXTREMELY slow access to our site. I've confirmed it's AOL by simply logging into our site and it's very fast. Then I log in on my computer using AOL over the same internet connection, and it's then not just slow, but painfully slow. AOL is aware of the problem but that's about all I know. It's been that way for about 3 weeks. DSL here in northern California goes for $15 a month which is cheaper and a lot faster than AOL.

If you're not on AOL follow the steps above, and file a support request. A few months ago there was an ISP that was working super slow with our site and needed some configuration changes on the internet to fix.
