Just joined today & need help.When trying to make an auction page, the only shipping option I get is flat rate shipping & when I try to use site help files I can't get the pages to load. Anyone got any ideas ?????

UK based. PC running windows vista with latest version of explorer. Auctiva settings just don't give me the option of calculated payments.

Hi, I cannot see calculated postal options with my PC running XP and IE6 either.
I believe that calculated is only available from the USA with the USPS, I have just tried a search for this but cannot find anything.
Usually I just quote 1 or 2 domestic rates on my listings and have a note on my listing asking that non-UK bidders ask for a p&p quote before bidding. Otherwise there are too many options available and not all of them are available worldwide e.g. Airsure.
So I select flat rate which is not quite the right term because I do not send everything flat rate but is an acceptable UK option. Unfortunately much of eBay is very USA orentated despite the UK uptake of eBay in recent years.
Regarding the help, is your browser blocking all pop-ups because the help windows act like a pop-up.

Managed to get postage side sorted out, but help files still not working with pop up blocker switched off. When I click on a help file ,it tells me I need to log in to get access - whan I am logged in allready
