'ebay account information' being wrong I feel like I am off in a corner.Can ANYONE HELP!!! I am not able to start again and get another token because my name is already associated with ebay. grrrrr

I have never used Auctivia although I signed up a long time ago, ... I had alot of trouble getting a new token sthen was told by Auvtivia to use the old account and my ebay would be fine they were given the updated ebay username and email address ( I have communicated with them so I know they do have the correct info BUT.... but if I look at my Auctivia 'ebay account information page' It still shows my old user name and an email address that I changed on ebay about a year ago. I went to my ebay and checked it out..... and all of my info is correct there. I have some listings ready and would like to get them on but with the auctivia
