I am trying to get the hang of using Auctiva after using Turbo Lister for months.
Is there a Custom Label feature that I am not seeing? I depend on that label to tell me where my inventory is!

It's a very good question. It's possible they made similar linkage to use of SKU or other inventory tracking number in the Inventory module they created and added to the site last year. You might try a test of that feature by adding an inventory item to the system and see if it works on a listing. You could also ask through a Support Case (see HELP link at top of page); and if it's not operable, ask for that feature to be incorporated to a future update.
Whatever you find out, please report it back to the Forum.

Welcome to Auctiva! Our system does not currently support the "custom label" feature you are asking about, but we do have that on our list of things to consider adding when we are planning our future site updates.
However, if you are using our inventory tools to track your items, there is a field called "Custom ID" that serves a similar purpose. Hi all, could someone help please, I must be missing this, but I'm trying to put Item's in my store front to feature under my welcome text on the front page, just got lost with this one, thanks in anticipation X carol (tarasmall)
Hi Carol,
You can select items for Featured in your Auctiva eBay Store Gallery at the STORE tab page. Click on the Store Items link at lower left under the blue MANAGE header. You can click to select and use "add featured" or "remove featured" on that linked page.

Hi Danno, thanks for the help, I seem to be having all sorts of problems now,I keep getting messages Auctiva having tech. problems, Idecided to change my store theme back to the orig. and of course Ive lost everything, and now I cant even get back in to my store Im being asked to sighn in over and over and being told Im not authorised I think Im about to give up. Sorry to load all this on you, think Ill have a glass of somthing then try agin, thanks again for the advice X carol.
