I have listed with Auctiva for a while, however, yesterday I tried to list and kept getting an error message that my State/Province was not correct. I have tried repeatedly to correct this but it won't list. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey mygangjackie -

Just a random guess, but I know ebay changed its policies recently, prohibiting the state/country display (i.e. where it would show "anytown, state" at the top of the auction) to not agree with itself...for instance, a seller can't put "USA Canada" or "UK USA" or things to that effect. Could that maybe be the issue?

Yes, this information must be filled in in the item specifics section. Once you have selected a category that entails item specifics, a "Choose Item Specifics" link will appear directly below the category field. Click this link and you'll be able to input that information.
