I recommend you begin by viewing our interactive tutorials. Also, it may be useful to listen in on one of our live classes.

If you're simply looking to get started creating a listing go to Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> New Listing. When you've completed filling in the lister page, click "Post" to post the item to eBay.

Thanks Mike but I am on dial up sat here this morning for almost half hour and wink never did anything...........

So there are no live classes that finally came up, until Friday..........

I would think there has to be someplace on here where you tell someone how to do this thing. I have read posts where they are not having any problems.......must be just me because try as I may I can not get it to take a New Listing and I don't have time to spend 8 hours trying to list one item.......

I must be the only person with dial up but I sure can't make this work for me.

i think i might be able to answer one of your questions because i had the same problem initially.

the problem you were having with the HTML in the description can be changed by changing from the DESIGN EDITIOR (which is the default) to TEXT MODE.

just click on the 'Switch to Text Mode' link above the description box.

Thanks so much I will try that.....how did you save your payments and shipping? I filled them both out three times and yet for some reason it said I had nothing.......I did that save thing. oh well this is going to give me a fit but I will keep working at it.......just wish I could create a master and then maybe that would help, but it will not even let me do that LOL
