I can offer heart felt sympathy...but no explanation. I too have been spinning my wheels with all the errors for the last couple days. It's costing me time AND money! I'm getting a little frustrated...I couldn't even poat a request for support, I kept getting a server error! ARGH!!!

Help may be on the way! I took just about lost my "marbles in frustration." Finally it occurred to me that Auctiva does not require one to logout. I discovered that I probably had not logged out for weeks. So I logged out and logged back in. Now I don't have any problems. I had used a program to scan my hard drive and it showed numerous registry errors. That is what tipped me off. Good luck, I hope it works for you. Remember to log out before you log in to make a new ad.
