Help! A new sort of error!

Ok, I've been reading the boards here and get a sense that things are not all's well in auctiva land, but so far I haven't been able to find anyone who has brought up this problem. Each time I list something, it says it is posting for a second then it says it failed to post due to a listing error which I need to correct. Ig gives me the opportunity to edit listing and when I click on it there is nothing there. Or rather there is a page showing some sort of chart with zeros under each column. I can't edit the thing anyway. I just loaded 5 auctions which took me 4 hours before I realized there was a problem. What do I do? How can I get these listings onto e-Bay?

Hi, your best bet would be to file a support case and describe your problem and the listing(s) that is(are) making trouble. Auctiva support is usually very speedy. They can examine and test the listing to see what's up. Here is the link to file a support case:
