How often do the active listings update from Ebay? It doesn't seem to be happening very often - in fact only once today so the hits and bids are way off. I appreciate the help. Thanks!

Hi krazzeekat,
Our listing maintenance, which updates title, current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time on your active listings page is done about every 6 hours.
Once your updated prices are reflected on your active listings page, they should be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

What if they don't update after 6 hours? My listings have not updated at all (last 24 hours). My token says it's valid.

I'd file a support request (bottom of the Help page). I think they can take care of it for you but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't happen again..
