1. I am told to go to my active listings to relist an item, but once it is closed it is no longer in my active folder.

2. Also, many of my listings, generated here in Auctiva are not showing up in my active list.

3. Bids are not showing up in my information in my active report.

4. I can't get spell check to work all I get is a little Dong sound, how do I activate it?

Hi Puddintane,

1) To relist an item, locate in in your saved listings folder and you'll have the options to post or schedule. However, if you relist through Auctiva, you won't be eligible for eBay's listing fee reimbursement. To be reimbursed your listing fee for when the item didn't sell you must relist directly through eBay.

2) I've never heard reports of posted listings not showing up as active. Please file a support case including the item #'s so we can look into this further.

3) Bid count, as well as current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, currency, and end time are updated by our listing maintenance, which is done about every 6 hours.

4) Hmmm...if you get a dong sound when you try to use spell check you may have a pop up blocker on. That's the sound it makes when a pop up is blocked...if I'm thinking of the right sound of course.
