I tried to relist an item that was imported when I first registered and it just made a new listing so I won't get the relist credit. What did I do wrong?

Relisting an unsold item isn't yet available for Auctiva users. It will be available when phase 2 is released. You will have to relist your unsold items through ebay for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, dogstar.
When you are eligible for the free relist policy, you have to Relist Your Item via eBay for now. Since I relist until an item sells, I keep a paper record of which times are new listings, and which are relists. I alternate Listing with Auctiva and Relisting via eBay.
The relist feature, along with being able to Combine Shipping, will be added in May.
