Tried to log in to Auctiva yesterday and found I was directed to log into Auctiva Classic (whatever that is) and couldn't get onto the online lister I was using back in January (not listed for a while ... long story) In desperation, after a LONG time, I logged in today as a new user. Great. Got back to the online lister with all its fab features. BUT of course, can't access my stored things. ALSO more importantly, can't get a ticket from ebay - FINALLY found the messges which ask if I have more than one account, but when I click for more info, I just get passed back to the home page. So, I have spent hours on this, also got a nice ad ready to go, and CANNOT GET ONTO EBAY. I AM TEARING MY HAIR OUT, DINNER IS BURNT, Husband starving, what can I do?
