Help!!! Cannot copy and paste pictures!

Need more explanation of exactly what you are doing (step-by-step would be helpful) and what Operating System and Browser you are using.

I am trying to directly copy and paste my pictures into the auction description screen rather then using the image upload feature. If I copy and paste from photebucket it will work fine, however if I try to copy and paste any picture from "my pictures" folders, it just shows a blank box. I have always done it this way with no problem, but cannot now.

I've seen a few other posts from members indicating that they'd used a similar method in the past and it's now disallowing, i.e. a file that's located in "My Pictures" isn't located on the web, so has no URL for hosting. Technically, it shouldn't work due to that limitation. I think Auctiva has done some updates to the editor to catch problems like this and use of Copy - Paste from Word documents. Note, I see they have a pop-up box now to scrub Word pastes of bad code.

I'd recommend upload of the photos to Auctiva and then use the "Insert An Auctiva Hosted Image" button at lower right on the description section toolbar to insert the image.

Danno you seem so smart and i really need your help please.I have finally found out how to edit and then post from ehre to ebay but the picture does not appear in the template.Can you tell me why please?Also in simple terms how would i change the background to show the garment better?Regards Jean
