Help! Cannot select image on listing page

Please help me.
I tried to select image on listing page but every time there is no image shows. I always got blank page. I spent 24 hours to solve this problem. I clear all registry, cache, temporary file, cookies and everything but no luck. Please help me.

Hi Community,

If anyone is still experiencing this issue, in which, after clicking "Select an Image" on the lister page, the popup window comes up blank, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page.

Also, if there is any sort of error message or icon in the task bar of the window, please click on it and copy/paste the text that comes up into the support case.
