Help...ebay listing not on auctiva...

Hi. Just created an Auctiva account a few hours ago and it's imported all my listings onto Auctiva and my Auctiva store with the scrolling gallery etc.

It's updated all my listings on eBay with the Auctiva extras but about 10 minutes ago, I put a new listing on there using eBay because I didn't know you could with Auctiva and now Auctiva hasn't picked it up and it's got no scrolling gallery or anything?

How to fix this?

The scrolling gallery will be automatically inserted, usually takes about 6 hours or so. I'm not sure if that listing will be imported into Auctiva though. I don't think it will be, but I could be wrong on that.

EDIT:
It looks like you can import closed listings from the Saved Listings page in Auctiva. So once it's ended, you could probably import it if you want to edit it, and then re-post it through auctiva.

Yer having the same problem I listed some thing direct on ebay and normally my Auctiva extras appear right away on the listing. But at the moment they have not appeared as yet.
