I have another account with which I can not remember my username or password or old email. I opened a new account but cannot generate a token because I have the other account. How do I find my old user name AND password?

Thanks for letting us know about this. In order to find out the username of your old Auctiva account, please contact our customer support team and let us know your eBay username. We will be able to look up your old account based on that information.
Once you know your username, you will be able to request a password reminder email by going to http://www.auctiva.com/forgotpassword.aspx and entering the email address associated with that old account in the provided field.
