I purchased insurance for an item on eBay from a seller. I rece'vd the insurance claim form from Auctiva. The insurance check was cashed by the seller according to UPic on 02/04/09. The seller claims she has not recv'd the check however it has cleared UPic bank account. This seller has commited Insurance Fraud through Auctiva. How can I contact the Auctiva Fraud department? I have the policy number from Auctiva. Can someone please assist? The seller owes me $300.00. Paypal can't assist it is past 45days. Thank you!

I'd contact upic have them give you whatever documentation they have that shows that the seller cashed the check. And if the seller sent you an email stating that they never received the check, print it out. Then contact the police where the seller lives and file a fraud complaint with them. That's mail fraud. Maybe that will scare the seller and make them give you your $$.
