Help, how do I change something I've done

I had to ask the same question myself last week! Click on the Profiles tab, then click on the Manage Seller Details link. You will see your Seller Details profile(s). Click the Edit button next to the appropriate Seller Details pofile that you want to change. (I only have one for myself.) You'll then see a text box where you can edit your Payment Information. Click Next and you'll see a text box for Shipping. Click Next again and you'll see your About Us information. Keep clicking Next until you're at the section where you want to make your changes. Then click on the Save button to make it stick.

Ok, I see things have changed. I just tried to update my information and when I follow these steps it doesn't work. How do I update my payment options?

It should work on next submission, i.e. the profiles help build standard info that's embedded at submission time.

To update an active listing, you'd need to use Revise listing on ebay.

Hi Danno,

When I follow those steps to update there isn't anything listed for the shipping payment etc. Where do I find where to edit it for when I do a new listing?

I just checked one of my old Profiles following the "Manage Seller Details" link, and it shows 5 tabs Payment, Shipping, About Us, Contact Us, and Terms of Sale for my old profile. My old one was setup for Terms of Sale only with the others blank, and probably was setup about 12-18 months ago

The method previoulsy posted does get me to that HTML text to update. I used the edit buttion on the profile name I'd created. I guess it's possible that a conversion or update along the way (by Auctiva) may have cause a loss, if yours is missing.

Yes, it is pretty old. I guess I will have to copy and paste the information in. It is still showing up in the listings though.
