Help I am losing it template wows

I am new of course and can not get the listing to appear correctly, no matter what I do. Why isn't the image inside the template or shipping or contact or terms. This stuff appears below everything else. Tutorials do not help as I am having problems with those too. Refuse to load or play. HELP
