Help! I can not list in any way and Auctiva support can not help me.

I am Trying to list on the German Ebay The error message I have is:

Without selling new credit card on file with eBay. Requires a payment eBaymethod in order to list items. See your eBay account for more information. "

My Paypal account Status: "Kontotyp: Privatkonto / Status: Verifiziert."
(Private account / Staturs verificated)
So, I think Paypal is ok.

Anyone know what that means?

note: it is a new ebay account.

Hi Bill,
They mean you need to have a credit card on file with EBAY (so they can collect their seller fees)
