HELP !! I can't post my auctions using auctiva..

Oh, that shouldn't be happening...you could try saving first and then schedule or post right away, or file a support request under the help button top of page.

Miss M's right. I just posted and it went fine. I do save them first, but that shouldn't matter. I think you should file a support request if it's still not working for you. Their response time is great.

Hi there, am having the same problem. I have posted hundreds of items the same way, but the last two days I have had to save a listing half way, and then reopen it and then it sometimes posts. The problem is with Auctiva and not with you. Try shutting down everything else and it might post if you are lucky......

Did you contact Auctiva's support and see what they can do about it?

Golden rules so you don't loose all your marbles, (well I have not quite lost them all yet, although a glance at the Lounge might make you think otherwise )

1) Write listing content off line for pasting later
2) Upload all images for a set of listings
3) paste in description
4) select in images
5) preview
6) error check
7) SAVE (sorry to shout but very very important)
8) repeat 3 to 7 for remaining listings of set
9) schedule the set
10) take a breather while the listings run and the cash rolls in

Thank you for the response...I was about ready to pull every hair out of my head from frustration I tried a different internet browser (foxfire) and it worked!! It could be just a coincidence and auctiva got the bugs worked out or switching to foxfire did it. If your still having problems try downloading foxfire and see if that helps. Thanks everyone for all the help, alot of good advice which I will be using. If this is any indication of how the New Year is going to go I'm in big trouble I've done what was suggested and saved everything just in case of an error. So far so good, got alot done today and can feel the new sprigs of hair starting to grow from the previous fall out !!

Hi it seems that most problems revolve around browsers, I stick with IE6 on XP, there seems to be more problems with IE7 and AOL browsers than anything else. I have found this site to be remarkably bug-free in use, maybe a little slow occasionally when editing listings on line but that could just be my ISP. Any long pauses after pressing a button always make me nervous

I've noticed since I've changed browsers ( firefox ), everything seems to be working better. Not hanging in mid-air after I hit the button to post. It's that long pause that makes you pucker up everytime !! So far so good with the different browser
