Help I cant change my auctiva pictures and text

How do I change my auctiva auction (pictures and text)

I looked in the help section and was advised to go to "listings", "active", revise however that brings me to the ebay page and the auctiva listing is not available to edit.

Just for clarification for us newbies....

Are you intending to modify an 'active' listing? I could be wrong but you must use the path they stiuplated in help.

If you intend to modify an expired Auctiva auction then that should be done in Auctiva where the listing resides, in either the Saved or Closed folders, "I would think".....but please bear in mind that I am less than 24 hours new to this program. Only answered this as I saw no responses. I will stop trolling this board.
