i just started getting a 'prompt' window whenever i click on one of my listings on E-BAY. it asks for my Auctiva user name and password and when i click out of that, my pix don't show. what is going on???

now it is working again. that was really scary for a while there.
The problem persists actually. I prompts for a username and password to this server: img.auctiva.com
It's still happening, I just got prompted for a password and I have no pictures
I'm having the same problem. Makes it kind of hard to list auctions...

I should also add my CA Firewall also alerted when it occurred, so it did make me scrambled.

Same happening on my listings. If I click on 'cancel' multiple times instead of trying to login the main pictures show up - it's just the scrolling ones in the shopfront that stay 'image loading'. Any expected time that the fix will be activated?
Well It's been 4 minutes now and i've been pop-up free... Dare i Hope That The Problem Has Been Fixed?

OK....no Store Images, but the pop-ups for PW have gone.
If it's an either/or, I'll take the no pop-ups for PW.

We had a permissions issue with one of our new servers but this should now be resolved.

The PW problem has gone. The Store Images are a little slow to load, but are working again too....I think.

OK....posted too soon. Apparently, all Store images aren't loading. Maybe the images are on different servers?

To those of you who are experiencing difficulties with images not loading in the store window...The reason for this is because we had an image server go down, which has caused the speed at which images are served into the store window to decrease dramatically. Consequently, many images are timing out when they are loading, causing the message loading image to be continually displayed. We are in the process of installing a brand new image server and we should have it up and running smooth by the end of the week. Once we have the appropriate images transferred onto the new file server, store window images should be loading quickly again.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.
