Here's the error message I get when I try to list an item.

API Error

eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. Please contact Auctiva support for more information on why your listing has failed to post.

I don't know how to fix it. I already uploaded two things before and it was fine. I tried to edit one of the list with a bid and I can't revise it. Then I made a new Listing and now I get this error message. I don't know if the error message is because I tried to edit the listing that already has a bid on it

Hi Aileen,
This has nothing to do with Auctiva...read again what the error says..

Normally this would mean you are listing a "high fraud" item such as an expensive brand name, electronics, or other things of that nature. (Or even saying 'like new' in the title, cant say that either) If you are relatively new to selling, they will limit how many of these items you can sell. You would have to contact Ebay about this but I would suggest 'live help' not just a regular email.

If there is a bid and/or less than 12 hours to go in an auction you can NEVER revise it, whether you use Auctiva or not. You can only ADD to the description, which isn't recommended because the bidder(s) will probably not go back and read it again. If there is a large error in the listing your best bet would be to cancel the bid and end the listing, then start all over...
