HELP! I need somebody... HELP! :D

Hello,

I am soooooo proud of me: I finally created my template, and it is simply GORGEOUS. But I need some help, since I took a little bit from here and a little bit from there and I would like to change a few things.

My problem is I simply can't read anything in HTLM. It is worst than Chinese for me.

I would like to change the height and color of my grey 'boxes'. Fortunately, I could manage changing everything else. It was hard, but I personalised everything perfectly with time and patience.
