Hi three,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I'm not aware of any technical problems that would cause your images to disappear when you relist ended items to your eBay store, so I suspect you must have deleted these images from the Manage Images page within your Auctiva account at some point.

When an image is marked as deleted in your Auctiva account, we actually retain it on your Deleted Images page for about 1 week until our image deletion service that permanently deletes images that have been marked as deleted removes it from our system permanently. The image would still show up while in your Deleted Images folder but would not show up once it has been permanently deleted.

In any event, in order to restore the images in these listings without paying eBay for the additional image fees, you would need to re-upload those images during the process of revising them via the following process:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes (re-upload images), and save.
2) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
3) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
6) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

If you do not have saved listings for any of the items that you need to revise in this manner, you would need to re-create the listing from scratch in step 1 instead of simply revising the existing saved listing.

If you don't recall deleting these images from your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team about this. We should be able to check our logs and determine exactly when the images were marked as deleted.

-Mike
