Help linking store items to catagories

This page is used to setup category searches.

My guess is your "Match Logic" is probably too restrictive on link settings, i.e. ALL WORDS present as a requirement might yield no results. Checking your Category links seems to verify that problem, e.g. the Violin Strings link will only match with "Dominant Perlon Violin Strings" (all words). However, if I force a search to just "Violin Strings", I get two hits.

I have the same problem and I do not understand a word of what you said. What is "Match Logic"? Is there no place where I can just select a category for a particular item or slide the item into the category? I am really html dumb. You have to be very specific for me please?

Auctiva has a page to setup Store categories and searches for the Store page. "Match Logic" is one of the search criteria and can be set to All Words or Any Words for search criteria. See the Store tab, and subheading Search Categories to navigate to the page. No HTML needed.
