help listing wont post

I have tried to list 2 items this evening, both items are removed prior to listing due to API? ebay title violation? one is for a glass fruit set, the other aynsley china, I have tried changing the title but they still wont post.. any suggstions appreciated

it says to contact auctiva support, can someone point me in the right direction, havent used auctiva for a while and cant find the link
