HELP ME FAST! MY LISTINGS ARE MESSED UP!

Someone please tell me what happened to my listings! They are tOOO large for the screen! Also, I added the html for the Auctiva scroll window but now I have the window at the top & all the mumbo jumbo at the top. And, to top it off, they started as scheduled. Please tell me quick because the listings are terrible looking!

Never mind - I removed the 'helpful' html for the store window & the description downsized then the scroller appeared at the top of the page. All but 1 auction has window now, can it be added? Also, why won't the copied html work for me?. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Maybe I'll come back later to answer this for myself. LOL

Hi raggedy*me,

Yes, the store window can be added by pasting the store window html into the html description of yur listing using eBay's "Revise Item" form. The store window shouldn't stretch out the screen...if it does this, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page so we can investigate this issue.
