Please someone help me, I'm going mad here! I know there is a way to copy a profile, I know this because I have already done it - I have a Detail, Marketing and Shipping profile poulated with details from a previous listing. Problem is, I cannot for the life of me remember how I did that, and I have hunted everywhere (well, obviously not everywhere or I would have got the answer

) but cannot see what to do. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? Here's hoping, thanks.
