Never happened to me before.
Contact Auctiva Support through the "Help" link at the top of the page. They should be able to retrieve your listings.

Contacted them five days ago, no reply. Think I'm done with this (free) service.

Maybe we replied too quickly and you blinked and missed it. We replied to your support case in 29 minutes.

In any case... Maybe your listing are in folders and you don't have "All Folders" selected.

Thanks for the Smart A.. reply. The fact is I am missing 18 saved auctions. Not in a folder, not in a secret auctiva space, one day there one day gone. Again, thanks for the low life, unhelpful reply. And you’re the CEO? I think I remember you from eBay live. Good luck and thanks for the help.
