Help! My Revolving box is empty

Good afternoon all, I was checking my ads this morning and noticed that the revolving box at the bottom of my ads that is provided by Auctiva is blank. When you click the link to "browse all my ebay items" it takes you to the Auctiva Store where my items are. Why aren't the photos showing up on my ad anymore? I didn't change anything.

BTW....I do not have any auctions going at this time. Could that be the problem? All I am running is Buy in Now Items...Thanks again

Olson Oaks Collectibles,

"Buy it Now" listings should still be displayed in your Auctiva store window. If you have active listings and your store window shows that you have no items available, I suggest you file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.
