Help! My Template wont show in listing when selected...

Hi,
I have a custom template I have used several times but suddenly it will not insert into my listing when I select it. I have tried to use it with a new listing, editing listings and creating similair listings. It is a purchased template with my profile details inserted and it looks great. I'd sure appreciate any advice.

Thanks Cara, that is what I was trying to do. I'm not to knowledgeable when it comes to the community but I hope to learn more so I can actually find my way around and maybe do something like... follow a thread maybe.

Well I tried what support suggested but it didnt work and I have not received another response when I told them it didnt work. Clearing my cache, cookies etc is not the answer to my problem. Does anyine else have any ideas? I really hate having to cut my information from an older listing amd paste it in a new listing then change all of the information. Any help would be fabulous and very appreciated!
