newbie here, Loads to ask of you kind people

Would like to know if it is possible to take the shop show case of my original listings which were imported from ebay on sign up, i have found that my listing now look pretty rubbish, and am not sure how to tidy them up i also have a lot of them.

I would like the showcase to show on all my new listing produced here but can i put it below my listing not in the middle.

May i also ask when i am in ebay i have tried looking at the auctiva shop and no pictures seem to show, also in my shop on bay i was able to catagorise ( example jeans on one page Jackets on another) is there a way i can do this one last question, when i have achieved all the above will i be able to sort my listing say keep all the jeans together and the jacket and so on, the problem i have is i get stock all the time and have to list when i get, but would like to be able to keep sizing and what have you together.

Hope you can help me.

Hi Mia,

I can help answer a few of your questions..

Unfortunately to remove the store window from your active listings you will have to go in and revise each one on eBay and delete everything between the <!--ASW--> tags.

You can customize the location of the store window in future listings by inserting the HTML for it yourself into your auction descriptions by clicking on Store Window from the Store tab, then Store Window HTML.

Or, you can just choose a different style of store window and have it automatically positioned for you. The Horizontal scrolling window is set to appear at the top of your listing, while the Vertical window will appear on the side and the Full window will appear at the bottom. You can choose a new store window style by clicking on the Store tab, then Edit Store Window.

You can 'categorize' the items in your Auctiva store by creating custom searches. Custom searches will provide a set of links down the side of your store for each category just like your eBay store does. You can do this by clicking on the Store tab -> Customize Store Window -> Select/Edit Style -> Custom Searches.

You can group your listings together on Auctiva by using Folders. So you can create a folder for jeans, another for jackets, etc, and even color code them. To create a folder for your listings click on the Listings tab, then the Manage link in the Folders section. Then when you are creating a listing, be sure to select which folder you want it to belong to!

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Hi David
Most helpful, can i just ask two further questions. I realy am a bit green, so not confident in where to even look for the ASW tags
(willing to learn)
Can i reposition the store window on my existing listings say have it running down the side or at the bottem.

Thank you for your help
