Help needed re fixing error message

Help please - I am trying to list and wait for ages at the page where it says posting to ebay. The guage does not start - does this mean it is not loading.

WHen I go and check my account I am getting an error- about - Sold By information not completed!!!! I have no idead waht to do - I followed the tutorial and did the error check which came up clear then tried to post to ebay - and I have been trying all day with no success. Thanks in advance

One of the really useful features of Auctiva is the Events register at the top of the listings page. If your item listed successfully, there will be a green number. if there's a red number, something stopped the listing.

Click on the red number, and you'll see what the problem was - then you can edit your listing and post again.

Do persevere - I've found this site so much quicker and easier than turbolister - once I'd got all the profiles set up.
