Help needed relisting an item with new edits, Please :0)

Hi all, I want to relist one of my auctions and have edited a couple of things (the counter and the terms of sale) and saved it to my saved listings but when I go to the relist page, it hasn't acknowledged my changes so do I have to relist it on ebay and change it from there? Also, if I relist it on ebay then do I still get my free photos that I had using auctiva?
Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi! Are you trying to revise an item that was in your Closed Listings folder or your Saved Listings folder? I know that when you try to relist something in the Closed listings folder, there are only a few things that you can edit (title, duration, starting price, etc.) but you cannot edit the description or other seller details. You can make any revisions on Saved listings and then post it to ebay, but you wouldn't get the relist credit on ebay.

You could still relist from Auctiva and then edit the item once it is posted on eBay, or you can relist the item directly from your My Ebay page and your photos should still be intact, and then you can make whatever revisions you need to make that way.
